Jeff’s business acquisition knowledge was first honed through a series of corporate mergers in which he was the target firm’s financial manager. As such, Jeff knows better than most how to position a company for sale. Preparing a business for sale is an important step that is often ignored by business owners, but it is one that can greatly increase the price paid for that business.
As controller or financial manager for such firms as Berkeley Software Design, Shephard’s McGraw-Hill, and Loaf N’ Jug, Inc., Jeff has developed the skills to understand what drives business values and explain to you how to increase those financial measures prior to and during the sales process. As a negotiator, Jeff has helped numerous firms maximize their market value and work with buyers to find the best possible transfer mechanisms.
Jeff holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from University of Southern Colorado
