Broker Associate / Colorado Mountain Area Specialist
Brad VanderBrug has an extensive business career with experience in various size organizations in many capacities. He has deep experience in financial and operational components of organizations in numerous industries both as a key executive and as an owner.
Prior to engaging in the merger, acquisition and consulting arena in his current capacity, he has been an integral part of many transactions. His career began as a partner in a start up organization in 1987, which grossed $10 M in annual sales by 1994. As part of the acquisition team he helped turn this company into the leader in its field and worked through it becoming part of a public traded company. These experiences lead to the inevitable purchase of his first company in 1998 with others to follow. Falling back on his undergraduate education in Economics and using the tools honed while earning his M.B.A. he worked consistently to measure, analyze and establish repeatable processes within his organizations. He has developed successful businesses in both the manufacturing and service sectors of the economy with a creative approach to operational, marketing and financial programs.
His frontline experience as an acquirer and seller of businesses has proven valuable to both sides of transactions. He is involved with his clients both as ongoing operational consultant and before and after a transaction to assist in smooth transition and continued successful operation.
Brad and his family live in the Breckenridge area. Brad focuses on the sale of busienss located in and around the counties of Summit, Eagle and Grand. He is able to bring a 'locals' perpective to these unique mountain businesses.
